Chapter 73
Elysia opened her mouth slowly.
“Cassian.”
A happy laugh was heard in her ear.
Where the hell did a guy like this come from…?
Elysia reached out and wrapped her hand around Cassian’s cheek, who was gazing at her. She closed her eyes tightly and opened them as she gently rubbed the cheeks on her palm.
“Well, right now… it’s, a little…”
“I know.”
“….”
“You like my body. You especially liked my face.”
Even though it was a bold statement, it was also an irrefutable statement. So, she simply nodded her head. She didn’t know what it is, but he seemed to have been very honest with her. Because of that, it was impossible to keep a man like this away just because she couldn’t remember.
Elysia made a quick decision on what attitude she would take. As soon as she made up her mind, she moved her hand.
The redness of the sharp, blade-like eyes she had been so concerned about from the first time she saw him.
Cassian let her run her fingers across his eyes.
“It seems like a dream.”
“It’s not a dream.”
Replying so, she frowned slightly and touched his face.
He seemed a little tired. She remembered that he had fallen asleep just a moment ago as if fainting. Though she was very hungry, she couldn’t bite the nape of a man who didn’t seem in good shape to her.
Besides, despite having an injured shoulder, he didn’t seem to care much.
In the end, she had no choice but to solve it with something else, and here she was, at a loss as to how to obtain animal blood.
“How long does it take?”
“We’ll be there soon, and it’s okay.”
“Yes…?”
“You lower your eyebrows like that while smacking your licks.”
At that, Cassian grabbed her hand that was stroking his face and pulled her back. It was the distance where the tip of his nose touched her, and she could feel his breath again.
“I’d rather you eat me.”
Elysia exhaled a long breath.
Should he seduce her while she was giving herself a chance to hold on?
“I’ll hold it in.”
She thought of his body and also said it to herself. Cassian raised an eyebrow before opening his mouth.
“Don’t hold back, do it.”
He then tilted his head, raised the corners of his lips loosely, and kissed her lips. Her patience was bottoming out on his lips, which repeatedly touched and fell, making side-by-side noises in succession.
“After bleeding like that.”
“I think you shed a lot, too.”
She must have been starving and wondered when he saw her gritting her teeth.
He seemed convinced she was going to be hungry. Cassian didn’t seem to think Elysia was going to be hungry simply because she was hurt. He looked like he wasn’t too surprised that she had no memory. As if he knew what happened before she lost her memory.
“Do you know why I have no memory?”
“Roughly.”
Does he know that she fell down the stairs and hit her head…?
“What?”
“Drugs.”
Drugs? Moving her eyes, she urged him to answer her properly. Meanwhile, Cassian simply smiled, grabbed her wrist and sat her on his leg.
“I’m not sure. But it must have been something Peloit gave.”
Elysia’s eyebrows twitched.
It was an answer she hadn’t expected at all.
“So, what kind of drug is it?”
“Potions. Directing one’s mind to a specific person. If they were facing each other, they acted stronger.”
If that was the case, the things she felt strange when she was with Peloit made sense. But, why did he know that she was more attracted to the man in front of her than to Peloit? Besides, when she wasn’t making eye contact, she didn’t feel love towards him at all.
It seemed that the drug did not work properly.
Peloit gave herself such a drug, and he brazenly said he was her lover. She thought belatedly that she should have hit him.
Elysia gazed at Cassian and smiled broadly.
Even though she was so skeptical of Peloit, the situation where she believed everything the man said was terrifying.
When she woke up, she was lying in an unfamiliar room. Feeling a faint light emanating from somewhere, she turned her head to see a large magic circle painted on the floor.
Elysia’s eyes quickly scanned it.
‘…What is it, it seems to be used to interfere with something.’
She then blankly stared at the floor and quickly blinked her eyes as she saw Cassian exhaling. It seemed that she had arrived at the ‘our house’ he was talking about, and was this a shared bedroom?
There was a faint scent of perfumed oil from someone who had washed her, and her clothes were changed with a thin slip.
Elysia frowned when she realized she was blankly listening to his breath, and she smelled blood.
It wasn’t too difficult to find where she was.
She turned to follow Cassian’s arm, giving her his arm pillow and saw his hand wrapped in bandages. She could feel that the wound on her thigh had healed visibly without even having to check it.
‘No way…’
Her hunger was also gone.
Elysia carefully turned her body and lay facing Cassian. There were no marks on the nape of his neck. She didn’t lose her reason, he voluntarily gave blood.
Why…?
Why did he even do that?
Cassian tightened his arms around her waist and pulled her closer to his body. She frowned as she looked at the bandage through his shirt. He didn’t even care about his physical condition.
Elysia bit her lip as she felt an unknown emotion wrapped around her body.
“…Elysia?”
Raising his hand and ruffled the hair that was covering her face, he looked surprised and then frowned.
“Where does it hurt?”
She shook her head to indicate that there wasn’t. No, it felt like there was pain somewhere in her chest…
Elysia blinked, pointing to Cassian’s bandaged hand.
Full of the meaning of why this place was like this.
“…I fear that you, who fell asleep, might not wake up again. There was nothing I could do.”
“What is that—”
She could feel his body trembling slightly.
There was fear in his eyes. It felt so overflowing that she couldn’t even tell what the emotions were pouring into her.
“Such a stupid thing to say?”
“I’m stupid because you’re making that kind of expression.”
Cassian raised his hand and stroked her cheek. Then, with his fingers, he pressed the frown on her forehead as if straightening it.
“Are you angry?”
Elysia stared blankly at Cassian, who was staring at her. He seemed concerned as he had freely given blood while she was sleeping.
The purple eyes that bit her lower lip were directed straight to his lips.
Even when she blinked quickly, a smirk leaked out from the eyes that immediately followed. She didn’t think she was going to do it with someone who gets nervous, but why was there such a lovely man like this? Why is it so good…?
As he said, she didn’t feel like he was liking his body or appearance.
When she realized that, her lips parted.
“I must have liked you a lot. So…”
She wondered if his body would gain strength, and then he cut off her words.
“Elysia.”
Cassian covered the corner of her mouth with the back of his hand, blushing around his eyes. He continued to speak as if in trouble.
“…I’m holding it in, so you can’t provoke me like that.”
She couldn’t figure out what he was talking about with the solid thing she felt at the place she touched.
Elysia rolled her eyes and avoided his gaze.
His face was bright in the heat. It was a level that seduced her without a break. She could see him letting go of her body and getting up.
“Rest.”
She grabbed the hem of Cassian’s sleeve as he was about to get out of the bed. Without realizing it, her hand had reached out.
“…Whoo.”
Seeing her like that, he took a long breath, ruffling his hair.
“You don’t even remember.”
“You seduced me first.”
Cassian put on a slightly unhappy expression as if he had never done that. It was difficult to stand it when he was next to her with a face of shame and blushing around his eyes. What did he mean if it was not tempting?
Elysia pulled the hem of the sleeve that she was holding a little tighter. The two gazes intertwined for a few seconds, and then a deep kiss began.
As his hand stroked her back, a groan escaped from between her gaping lips.
“Huuuh—”
Cassian’s large hand slid as he sucked Elysia’s lower lip.
His long fingers rubbed and scratched what he had clasped all over his hand.
The corners of Elysia’s reddened eyes frowned in pleasure. A dizzying sensation came over her as he bit and sucked at the nape of her neck. Her body heated up in an instant as if he knew where she was sensitive.
Cassian’s hand stroked her calf and lifted the hem of her skirt.
A cool breeze blew through the gap.
“Ah…! Cassiaan…”
Elysia wrapped her arms around his neck, and she called his name again. She wondered if his hand would stop, and he pushed Elysia back and laid her down.
He opened his mouth, squinting his eyes as if in pain.
“Say no.”
“Ah…?”
“Because I don’t think I can stop if it’s not now. Please, tell me to stop.”
Contrary to the words asking him to stop, his eyes were begging for permission. It seemed that he thought he had to stop because she had no memory. The veins on his arms revealed how strong he was holding back.
Her legs were wrapped around his waist. She thought Cassian’s eyes had changed abruptly, and he dug into it at once.
“…Uhk!”
“Haa… Elysia.”
Because of the hasty start, it was difficult for her to breathe, so Elysia twisted her body. He leaned over and kissed her lips wherever he looked at.
“Please, just a little bit… Ahh! Huu—no…”
As her body trembled, Cassian raised the corners of his mouth and opened his mouth, chewing on her earlobe.
“I don’t think so.”
As soon as his words were finished, Elysia bit her lip and looked at him at the intense gestures that came up to her. He didn’t seem to want to wait for her shaking to stop.
She then took a short deep breath, and she pushed his upper body with her hands.
“No, it’s… Go…good.”
Pushing his body further, she raised her torso. She immediately raised the corners of her lips and climbed onto him.
“Because you’re patient.”
Her finger tapped the button on Cassian’s shirt and unbuttoned it. Elysia’s red eyes gazed up at the wounded shoulder.
Cassian groaned as her slender waist moved slowly before she grabbed his outstretched hand and interlocked it.
“Stay still. Otherwise, I won’t.”
He grabbed her waist as he pulled out his hand that had been caught by her.
Elysia pushed her upper body to change the position on the road, and her lips turned sullen. As she glimpsed around her, she untied the ribbon on the front of the slip she was wearing and pulled it straight.
Moments later, she glanced at the pale pink ribbon and looked at him again.
“I can’t help it because you can’t listen.”
When she unbuttoned his shirt and pulled his wrist that was grabbing her waist, the silky soft ribbon string was wrapped beautifully.
“I don’t like this kind of thing. Quite…”
He gazed at her face a little embarrassed.
Elysia’s eyes darkened.
“Looks good.”
She had a strange urge to tease him from the time he was holding back. Cassian had a gorgeous body that instantly twitches when she moves even a little, and the red eyes… He was so good even though she didn’t even untie the ribbon.
Looking at him, she leaned over her body and licked the corners of his eyes slightly.
“Your eyes have become moist. I think it’s okay to cry.”
Elysia took a deep breath and touched Cassian’s chest.
“You did this…”
She tilted her head at the blatant gaze as to whether she could take the aftermath. It looked like she could still afford it.
Power entered Elysia’s body.
“Ugh…”
“Aren’t you the one who can’t handle it?”
She moved with a satisfied smile.
