Chapter 48: Doing It Halfway; Fainted

Yun Jianyue bit his nose gently, and she was satisfied as she let go of his nose. She tilted her head backwards and was secretly happy about it when his eyes, which had been tightly shut, opened all of a sudden. His clear eyes were staring at her intently, as if he were eager to swallow her right now.

She took a hurried breath of cold air and froze for a few seconds. She was about to run off, but Gu Zhishen was quicker, and he grabbed her wrist as he tugged her.

Yun Jianyue was suddenly perched on his sculpted chest, and her nose almost became crooked due to the impact.

“What are you running for? Didn’t you have a good time playing just now?” Gu Zhishen lowered his gaze to look at her; his hoarse voice was mixed with a touch of desire!

Yun Jianyue was green with regret all the way inside. If she’d known about this beforehand, she wouldn’t have been so greedy with fooling around.

She raised her head to look at him with her bright eyes. She pursed her lips and showed an innocent smile. “Actually, I was just a little greedy to play for that moment…”

“A little?” It was obvious that Gu Zhishen didn’t believe what she said, and there was suspicion at the bottom of his eyes.

Yun Jianyue used her fingers to demonstrate as she said, “Just a little bit more than a little bit!”

It was as if he knew that she was cursing him inside her heart. His large palm didn’t hold back at all and patted her butt as he said with a frown on his face, “Don’t change the topic. You bullied me, and you’re trying to say that you were right?”

“Why did you have to bite my nose?” He was solemn as he asked her.

Yun Jianyue bit her lips and said softly, “Who asked you to always kiss me till I’m out of breath? It feels so uncomfortable!”

Gu Zhishen froze for a brief moment, and didn’t think that it was such a reason for her to do so.

He stretched his hand out to hold her tender neck, and his voice was lazy and full of love and pamper. “You’re the one who isn’t experienced, and you’re blaming me instead?”

She was obviously the foolish one. They’d kissed so many times. She still didn’t know how to breathe, and she was still blaming him!

“You’re the one who’s experienced! Your entire family is so experienced!” Yun Jianyue forgot her stance for a moment and didn’t hold back her words at all. After she spoke, she regretted it immediately.

When she looked at Gu Zhishen’s solemn, handsome face, she couldn’t help but tremble. She was about to explain instinctively that she didn’t scold his entire family on purpose. It was because she was normally with Zhu Jingyi, and she was influenced by Zhu Jingyi.

Yun Jianyue’s clear and unpolluted eyes looked at his extremely handsome side profile, which was enough to make others have a nosebleed. She was naïve as she asked, “What’s the meaning?”

Gu Zhishen’s hot gaze held a smile. He tugged his lips gently and murmured, “She wants to…make love to this man.”

Make love. These two words, he enunciated these words with more strength, and he had a different meaning when he said them.

Yun Jianyue froze. Her face became extremely red in an instant; the blood was rushing even to her ears as she said, “I didn’t…I…Oof…”

When she went downstairs, Gu Zhishen had already changed into a set of black exercise clothes. His handsome figure was standing by the windows, and he was on the phone.

The bright rays of sunshine shone into the glass windows and gave him a golden glow, making him seem divine.

Yun Jianyue couldn’t help but stop in her tracks. She looked at him quietly. It was as if she was appreciating a piece of art that she liked.

Gu Zhishen ended the call and turned his head back to see Yun Jianyue looking at him, being all entranced. The corners of his lips turned upwards. “Are you done looking already?”

Yun Jianyue regained her senses from his warm voice and lowered her head to avoid his eyes. Her face was getting hot. This was way too embarrassing; she was actually fangirling at Gu Zhishen!

Gu Zhishen put his phone down and told her, “Let’s go!”

Yun Jianyue was behind him as they walked out of the villa and started their sad morning run around the beautiful and elegant scenery of Jia Yuan!

Jia Yuan’s land mass was way larger than Yun Jianyue had thought it to be. The ratio of greenery was very high, there were so many different plants everywhere, and there was a manmade lake.

Yun Jianyue started to pant heavily, not even ten minutes in.
