The girl appeared unaffected. “Of course I don’t blame you. Even if you left me there, I would be fine. You did save me after all and I didn’t want to implicate you.”
An Moer stared blankly at her.
His icy blue eyes met the girl’s brown eyes. She smiled with warmth in her eyes.
… What?
He suddenly coughed and bowed his head. He averted his face as he bit his bottom lip.
His anger and annoyance disappeared and a subtle trace of joy appeared in his heart.
He had left her behind in the water, yet she was more concerned about him being found by other humans.
He bit his lip to suppress the inexplicable joy he felt. He was quiet for a while before he turned his head. The expression in his blue eyes deepened as he called her softly.
“Lai En.”
His soft voice escaped from his thin lips. He sounded pleasing and attractive as he articulated in a natural, affectionate way by curling the tip of his tongue.
He seemed bashful as he bit his thin lips once more. He said softly again, “Lai En.”
Yu Chu’s heart softened when she heard his clear and soft voice. She coughed and beckoned to him.
“Come, I’ll show you around.”
The little mermaid waved his beautiful blue tail as he swam closer to her. He stretched his fair hand to grip the side of the ship before leaping on board.
This was the first time Yu Chu had seen him properly.
His icy blue hair was waist length and sparkled. His face was palm-sized and his features were remarkably exquisite. He had the build of a slender young man and his skin was fair. His figure was toned and he looked beautiful.
The scales on his long, light blue tail sparkled like crystals. As the scales caught the sunlight, they shimmered as though it was an exquisitely sculpted artwork.
It was exceedingly beautiful.
Yu Chu’s eyes were filled with admiration and she pondered for a moment. She walked towards him and extended her hand. “It’s inconvenient for you on land. Should I carry you?”
An Moer looked shocked so she hurriedly added, “Sorry. I really want to be friends with you. You don’t have to feel uncomfortable.”
An Moer bit his lip in hesitation. Yu Chu noticed that he left tooth marks on his lips before he nodded slightly.
“Okay…”
He replied softly and placed his hand in Yu Chu’s. His skin felt cold and soft and Yu Chu froze momentarily before she gripped his hand.
She put her hand around his waist and suggested seriously. “You can wind your tail around my waist. You won’t fall like that.”
An Moer was taken aback before he understood what she meant. Out of habit, he bit his thin, soft lips again and his eyes glimmered darkly.
His gaze swept past the waist of the girl who stood before him. He then slightly curled his lips.
“Okay.”
The innocent and lovely little mermaid wound his blue tail around the girl’s waist. He placed his arms, which were the color of lotus roots, around the girl’s neck. He clung to her as he raised his beautiful eyes to watch her.
The slender and beautiful young man wasn’t very heavy. Yu Chu’s arms were around his waist and there was a subtle trace of amusement in her eyes. She had never expected that, Master would quietly accept being taken advantage of…
She felt pleased deep down.
She coughed softly and quipped, “In that case, shall we go to my room? There isn’t anyone there.”
An Moer’s long eyelashes quivered as his arms were wrapped around the girl’s neck. His beautiful face lay close to the girl’s ear and he could feel her warmth. Unconsciously, he pressed his lips and grinned.
“Okay.”
